The Indian Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region will be organising the 'North East India Trade and Investment Summit', from February 12 to 14 at Ho Chi Minh, in Vietnam aiming "to promote Trade and seek Investment in North East of India".
